The Auxiliary Dictionary allows users to suggest changes and new entries to Tansa's language database. The suggestions are accepted or rejected at the discretion of the Language Editor and accepted changes will immediately be incorporated into Tansa's text processing.

Our Update service ensures that Tansa's customers not only have the most up-to-date dictionaries, but software as well. Software updates are made available whenever significant improvements have been made to the system.

Users with particular needs for up-to-date dictionaries, e.g. newspapers or press bureaus, can subscribe to updates in addition to the regular dictionary updates.

Tansa customers with more than one language or language variant can manage user access across multiple dictionaries. This can be administered manually or integrated with Microsoft Active Directory and Google Single Sign-On.
